Quay Road resurfacing: 2 to 20 November 2026

We are resurfacing Quay Road from Monday 2 November to Friday 20 November 2026. To keep daytime disruption low, we will work overnight, from 20:00 to 06:00.

  • Quay Road will be open as normal during the day.
  • At night, parts of the road will be closed while we work. Follow the diversion signs.
  • Residents will be able to reach their homes at all times, and emergency vehicles will always be able to get through.
  • You will not be able to park on the section being resurfaced. We will put up signs at least 7 days before work starts on your section.

We are also asking for your views on safer streets proposals for Quay Road. The consultation closes on 20 November 2026.

Yes. Email roads@larkhaven.example at least 8 weeks before the date. Road closures for street parties are free.
