    Common questions

Can I report a problem without giving my name?

Yes. Leave out your name and contact details. We will still deal with the problem, but we will not be able to tell you when it has been fixed.

What if the problem is on private land?

We can only repair problems on public land, such as roads, pavements and parks. If fly-tipping is on private land, the landowner must clear it, but you can still report it and we will contact them.
