What happens next
We check your documents and post your permit to you within 10 working days. Display it on the inside of your windscreen, where it can be read from outside.
Visitor permits
Visitor permits let your visitors park in permit bays in your zone for one day. Before you use one, fill in the date and your visitor’s vehicle registration. Your visitor must display it on the dashboard.
Order books of visitor permits in the same way as resident permits. Each book of 20 costs £24.
Common questions
Does a permit guarantee me a parking space?
No. A permit lets you park in any permit bay in your zone when one is free.
What if I change my vehicle or move house?
Email parking@larkhaven.example with your new details. If you stay in the same zone, we will send you a replacement permit free of charge. If you move to a different zone, you need to apply for a permit for your new zone.
What happens if I park without a valid permit?
You may get a penalty charge notice of £70, reduced to £35 if you pay within 14 days. Pay or challenge a parking fine.
